Cristina Silva is the founder of Mindful Wellness, a space created to support people in understanding what true health really means. Through years of experience working with the body and the mind, she recognised that lasting wellbeing comes from the connection between mind, body, and emotions, and how they influence one another in everyday life.
Mindful Wellness brings together a curated network of trusted professionals who work across physical training, recovery, mental wellbeing, emotional health, and integrative practices. The goal is not quick fixes, but helping people connect the dots between how they move, how they think, how they feel, and how they live.
At its core, Mindful Wellness is about creating balance. Supporting people to feel stronger in their bodies, calmer in their minds, and more connected to themselves through a combination of movement, education, therapy, and experiential practices.
More than a service, Mindful Wellness is a growing community of like minded individuals who are open to personal growth and committed to improving their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing in a grounded, practical, and sustainable way.
